REGISTRATION:	Attendance is limited to the first 100 people who sign up. No more than two representatives from each company unless prior approval from John Pearson (based on space available). Due to the need to verify all clearances, registration will close on 10 February. Link to REGISTRATION FORM
SECURITY:	This meeting will be conducted at the SECRET NOFORN level to facilitate open dialogue between operators, requirements personnel, program managers and industry. A visit authorization request is attached for your convenience. Submit your visit authorization NLT 10 February. Note: this is a separate action than submitting your registration and payment. HOTELS:	WBB is flanked by a Sheraton hotel and a Westin hotel. Ask for the WBB rate.
PARKING:	Parking is available in front of, alongside, behind and underneath the WBB building. Access the parking garage by driving around the left side of the building and taking the first right into the parking garage. Take the ramp in the garage up to the P4 level, then take the elevator up one level to ground.

The upcoming Minwara Annual Members Meeting will follow the Government-Industry Day agenda at 1330 at the same venue as the Government-Industry Day conference.

As part of the Members Meeting agenda, we will be electing a new slate of candidate officers and directors for the Association. We need as many member votes as possible on the candidate slate.

Members may vote at the Members Meeting on 24 February. Additionally, for members unable to attend, you may vote for approval of the candidate slate by e-mailing your vote to Radm John Pearson, USN (Ret) at jdpearson@msn.com. You may also indicate your choice to modify the candidate slate by e-mailing the same address.
